Billing Terms & Conditions

Accepted Payment Methods

At Itsthewigs Hair, we accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • MasterCard
  • Visa Credit Card
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Afterpay

Paying via PayPal

  1. If you have a PayPal account, simply select PayPal at checkout to complete your payment.
  2. If you don’t have a PayPal account but would like to use PayPal for payment, please register for an account first.

Note: When using PayPal, you can choose your local currency. However, our store operates in USD. If you select a different currency, the amount will be converted to USD based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

Credit & Debit Card Payments

  1. Select MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover, and you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can securely enter your card details and complete your payment.
  2. Choose PayPal & Credit at checkout—you will be redirected to the PayPal platform, where you can either pay via PayPal or use your debit/credit card without logging into a PayPal account.

Important: Your payment will be processed, and for future purchases, charges will be applied directly to your selected payment method.

Important Payment Notices

  • Electronic Checks (E-Checks) are not accepted. Payments made via e-check remain “uncleared” until they are fully processed, meaning we cannot proceed with shipping until the payment status updates to “cleared.” This usually takes 4-5 business days.
  • We will verify and confirm all payments through our PayPal account before processing and shipping orders. All orders must be successfully paid and verified before shipment.
