At Itsthewigs, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We gladly offer exchanges within 30 days for all unused, unworn, and unaltered wigs. If the hair quality, color, or length does not meet your expectations, please contact us at service@itsthewigs.com to initiate an exchange, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes! As long as your wig remains unused, unworn, and unaltered, we are happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
You can exchange an unopened wig within 30 days of receiving your order.
Yes, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
It’s simple! Email service@itsthewigs.com with your order number and the new color you prefer. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
📌 Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to speed up the process.
No, you must contact us before sending back an item. The return address may differ from the original shipping address, and we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to track and expedite your exchange. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Human hair extensions and wigs are considered sanitary products. To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept exchanges on opened or used items. Many hair extension suppliers follow the same policy for hygiene reasons.
